Dog Friendly Hotel in Elgin, Morayshire
Elgin is a former cathedral city and Royal Burgh in Moray, Scotland, which is a great place for a short break with your family dog. The adjacent Oakwood is also very close with a variety of local walks with your dear dog. We are happy to provide simple packed lunches, all the way through to proper picnic baskets, at your request, if you are planning a long walk with your dog.
We do allow dogs in all of our bedrooms except Junior Suites. We can accommodate up to 2 dogs per room. These include,
1 x Family room
4 x Double
5 x Twin
5 x Single
Well behaved, quiet dogs are most welcome in public areas, providing food service areas are avoided (at the discretion of the manager). Guide and assistance dogs can go anywhere they like (except the pool!).
In order to clean up the extra dog hairs left behind by your furry friend we charge an additional £15.00 per dog, per evening. Guide and assistance dogs are welcome free of charge.
Tell us when you want to dine and we will make sure you get a table position that gives your guide or assistance dog space to lie down, plus a complimentary bowl of the Eight Acres Hotel’s finest Scottish water.
